Our promise, honestly
If your candle arrives damaged or the scent isn’t what you hoped for, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right — either a replacement or a refund.
Unburned candles may be returned within 14 days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer; original shipping costs are non-refundable. Candles that have been lit are no longer resellable and can’t be accepted for return.
Damaged in transit? Save the packaging and email us a photo — we’ll send a replacement right away.
